The specialty of Okinawa which fermented tofu

"TOFU-YO" of Okinawa was a palace cuisine in the Ryukyu Kingdom

琉球王朝の宮廷料理 「豆腐よう」

"TOFU-YO" is a fermented food made from the tofu and shochu of Okinawa. 

 

Since it is a very thick taste, with a toothpick, you can slice off a small quantity and can eat it. 

 

As good cheese suits good wine, shochu of Okinawa "awamori"  suits very well "TOFU-YO" of this pure and wonderful delicacy.  


「豆腐よう」は、沖縄の豆腐と焼酎から作られる発酵食品。

とても濃厚な味なので、楊枝でほんの少量を削いで食べる。

いいワインに、いいチーズが合うように、この芳醇で、不思議な美味しさの「豆腐よう」には、沖縄の焼酎「泡盛」がとてもよく合う。
