The people from Osaka have an one-set "TAKOYAKI" cooker in the family. 

 

And each Osaka person has an original dough recipe and a sauce recipe. 

 

The most important things are that the outside of a TAKOYAKI ball is clunky texture, and that an inner side is juicy texture. 

 


大阪人は、一家に一台、たこ焼き器をもっている。そして、

それぞれが、オリジナルの生地レシピとソースレシピをもっている。

最も重要な事は、たこ焼きの外側が、カリカリで、

中身が、トロッとした食感になること。



The elegant umbrella of Kyoto

京の和傘

A graceful Japanese-style umbrella is made from a bamboo and Japanese paper. 

 

The mainframe of the umbrella is made by cleaving one bamboo. 

 

If the fascinating umbrella is closed,  it will only return to one bamboo. 


優雅な和傘は、竹と和紙から作られる。

傘の親骨は、1本の竹を割いて作られる。

艶やかな傘を閉じると、元の1本の竹に戻るのである。
